What is the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma's STAR Program all about?
Success Through Academic Recognition is a program started in the Fall of 2007 and
continues to grow rapidly. We recognize all accredited school districts nationwide.
The mission of the program is to encourage and improve the academic success of Choctaw
students. The intent of the program is to recognize and reward the academic excellence
of the Choctaw students and encourage more students to achieve success in the classroom.

Recognition each Semester (twice per academic year)
- All A's* receives a $25 Wal-Mart Gift Card
- All A's and B's receives a $10 Wal-Mart Gift Card
- Perfect Attendance receives a $25 Wal-Mart Gift Card
- All Students receive a Certificate of Recognition
*In Honors classes, B's count as A's and C's count as B's
